ABOUT ME

english speaking Wedding, Family and Portrait Photographer
Based in Fontainebleau. Available throughout France.

Thanks for stopping by and checking out my site.
So, a little more about me. I’m a wedding, family and portrait photographer in Fontainebleau, just south of Paris. I photograph just about every kind of event, including weddings, parties. corporate events and even "smash the cakes." I also take family photos and portraits.
Through my photography, I've had the pleasure of working with families, couples and others in Fontainebleau, Paris and the South of France be it for their weddings, family get togethers, portrait sessions or birthdays.
You’ve probably guessed from my name that even though I live in France, I'm not French. You guessed right :) I’m a Brit Canadian who has lived around the world, from the UK, the Middle East and who has family in exotic places such as Norway, Canada and Scotland. I have, however, spent most of my life in France. One thing led to another and here I am settled in Fontainebleau, or Fonty, as it is affectionally known.
When I'm not taking photos, you’ll find me walking in the forest, cycling, playing guitar and spending time with my wife and our 3 year old son, who keeps us on our toes each and every day :)
Anyway, that’s enough about me. Thanks for stopping by. If you like what you see and would like to know more, don’t be shy. Get in touch and let's chat! Hopefully we’ll get on like a house on fire :)
why photography?

Fontainebleau
Well, it's been a passion of mine for many, many years. I’m also a people person.
Despite not being a maths guy, but I put two and two together and figured, why not do what I love and and get to meet really, great interesting people.
In fact, it is one of the biggest perks about what I do: the opportunity to get to know families, couples etc and spend time with them to capture memories through my lens.
I like natural photography, with a laid back and relaxed approach. What does that mean I hear you ask. Good question. Click below for more on that.
